About the role of Operations Manager

As Operations Manager, you have overall responsibility for the daily operations and long-term development of the company. You drive the business commercially with a clear focus on key figures, profitability, and growth.

You ensure that our processes are efficient, that the team has the right conditions to perform, and that our customers have a good experience. The role involves personnel responsibility, results responsibility, and close collaboration with the board. You act as the operational engine of the company.

We are looking for a confident and clear leader who thrives in a customer-oriented environment and has the ability to combine structure with drive.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience with personnel and results responsibility
• Is used to working towards clear goals and following up on operations through key figures
• Has experience in sales and business development
• Is structured, action-oriented, and solution-focused
• Is clear in communication and confident in setting demands and providing feedback
• Enjoys driving change and creating engagement within the team

This is a full-time position based in Sundsvall, travel may occur.
